    This place is terrible. I remembered when the owner of this school tried to make me sign a 3 year contract right after he talked to me. He claims he has UFC, K-1 fighters and that they trained there. He says his school is the best in DFW. After watching the instructors teach there, I knew he was lying. After doing some reseach I found out the owner's nick name is franc the fraud. Beware of this place...
