SUCH a kind man and extremely helpful. A blessing! I'm a single Mom. Not only did they NOT make me feel ignorant about trying to repair my own washing machine, but they told me EXACTLY the size of socket wrench I would need AND suggested I go to a pawn shop to buy an individual wrench...for a dollar and change...as opposed to going to a hardware store where I would have had to purchase an expensive set.

Amazing. I have used them for years. They have saved me a fortune. They always seem to be able to diagnose my appliance problems and provide the parts to repair them. I highly recommend them. Five star service.
