User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsi have only been to harold's a few times, but, i had a pretty bad experience. the first time i had a small peice of custom work done, it was my 1st tat so i had no idea what to expect. later i found out that the 175$ that i paid was 100$ too much for poor ink work, crooked lines & horrible customer service. the second time i went i saw a different artist (thin quiet guy) he did an excellent job so i decided to go a 3rd time, i asked for one single black star on my shoulder. the heavyset guy (dont know his name) told me that was stupid and that it would cost me 125$ i asked him why it was so much for a single star and he told me "stars are the new tribal, they're really cliche and boring"
i left as soon as he said that & have never gone back.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsSean is now back at Harold's and creating even better work than before. Stop in and give him a holler and get some ink. He still loves to do custom pieces and strives for his customers leave feeling that their expectations had been met and surpassed. Go check him out!

Well, stars are really cliche. Maybe you should think of original tattoo ideas so tattoo artist wont think your stupid:)
I agree. If you're going in for something as mundane as a single black star, you don't know enough about tattoos to tell what "poor ink work" is. You're at fault for not being educated.
