User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsMost of the time I wait on the average to 5-7 minutes for my order, even a tea. Today I had an issue with a Sonic Blast. I live but 1minute away and when I got home the blast was very very soft and mushy. I took it back and asked for my money back. A girl that works the outside got snippy with me and started asking me questions, what station I partked at? where was my reciet? where was the tea? After feeling like I was the bad person I said I would be waiting outside for my money. I felt like I was an inconvience to them for something I felt like was wrong. In all actuality I got a reject blast that had been sitting there for awhile. It will be awhile before I go back for anything. Not very good customer service for there mishap. Sorry. My tea will bought elsewhere for awhile. Sincerely, I very upset lady that just wanted to enjoy a Sonic Blast!!!!!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsGreat Place!: Very old-fashioned, reminding you of the drive-in eating places in the "old days". Although service can be a bit off during peak dining times, when all the stalls aree full, overall you cannot beat their burger night on Tuesdays, when you can feed the whole family at great savings. I believe it is buy one, get one free on their burgers on that night. Their managers really care about the store and the quality of the food, and seem to try to help all customers with any concerns. Overall a really great place and don't go without getting a Cherry Limeade! They are wonderful!!!
