User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsBeen there at least a dozen times and service is always good. Not great but always good. Love their pizza and spaggetti and prices are good for the quality of food. Great bread and salads too. I would recommend them to anyone.
I don't care for the soccer on the tube though. I would rather watch golf than soccer. Jut leave it on ESPN.-

I will never go here again. I had always heard wonderful things about Napolis as well. The wait staff was worse than cancer. I ALWAYS have the upmost sympathies for wait staff. I go out of my way to be the epitome of courteous to them, as I know first hand the sheer amount of people who treat wait staff like their own personal slaves. But this was totally unacceptable. I struggled to maintain composure as my wife and I watched as our waiter joked with two female customers for the entire 10 minutes we were waiting on something as simple as a tea refill. It was an honest mental struggle not to simply stab the next patron who walked in the door in the face with my salad fork while my wife was waiting to ask for cheesecake. Our waiter simply walked aimlessly into the kitchen and back purposely making eye contact with us. Like he was waiting for someone else to come to our assistance. Only to have him give us our bill without the audacity of asking if we had saved room for desert. The food was good. I'll give it that much. But I wouldnt wish this atrocity on Al Queda suicide bombers.
