I rated this office as average. It wouldn't be fair to the dentist to rate them as poor but the staff needs an attitude adjustment.
We used Mr O'Brien last summer because he was on our plan. At the time there were at least a couple of comments warning about his pushy assistant. The scheduling lady seemed pleasant so we decided to try them anyway.
It appears that his work was ok but we sure didn't save any money here and the experience was not fun. We weren't looking for a bargain but for the money they should at least act like you are a customer rather than a nuisance.
The pushy assistant and the office manager (wife) were not at all pleasant to be around.
I don't like to be critical but I think the comments here are dummied up to make things look brighter than they really are. "happy patient" in particular reads like an advertisement.
This was only our experience here but now you can make an informed decision.

The office manager is not his wife! Also she is very nice. I have been coming here for several years and he does very good work!! He does not treat people like you said. I have brought my father daughter. my granddaughter to him and they all liked him very much. You have a problem and Dr. O'Brien doesn"t need people like you!!!
