User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsDisappointed Potential Parent: I, too, was disappointed with this facility. I attempted to contact them numerous times with messages both by telephone and email and heard nothing from them. Needless to say, I took our children to Colleyville Montessori where the director was more than happy to discuss her program which we now attend.

So happy we didn't choose them!: When we started looking at montessori schools, we heard the Barbara Gordon school was one of the best. Upon further inspection (tour and discussions with former clients & teachers), we decided to take our business elsewhere. It seems Barbara Gordon is a mere figurehead who is only around when the ship is sinking. They recently brought Nelda out of retirement to run the show and she is a perfect compliment to the dark, dingy classrooms. We didn't meet enough of the teachers to form an opinion on them, but I imagine the turnover rate speaks volumes.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsGreat School: My two children attended Barbara Gordon Montessori in Colleyville. We attended there for 5 years, starting with the preschool program; the elementary program is excellent, also. Unfortunately, we moved so our oldest child was only able to complete first grade there. Had we not moved, we would have definitely attended with our two children completing 6th grade, with a hope that eventually the school would go past 6th grade.
The instruction is excellent; you won't find another school likes this for miles and miles.

If there is anyone else who has expierence with Colleyville Montessori, I'd love to hear it. All they have on here is one shining review, and I'm trying to research them.
