User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI visited Mi Hacienda on 6/25/09. My husband and I ordered chicken fajitas for two. When it came out, it was the equivelent of lunch fajitas at any other restaurant. We seriously thought a mistake was made. We counted out 8 strips of chicken. We could not have made 4 chicken fajitas. We informed the waitress who assured us it was a mistake. We asked for a manager, she came and said no thats the fajitas for two, the are measured and supposed to be two pounds of chicken. There were LITERALLY 8 STRIPS OF CHICKEN. WE COULD ONLY MAKE ABOUT 3 FAJITAS. We refused the order and we left. What a terrible place, they do not care about their customers at all. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

We used to eat at Pulido's all the time on Glenview Dr. When it closed down we started eating at Mi Hacienda's some times. We felt like we never left Pulido's. The food was just as good and tasted the same. Quick service and nice people.

Just an update...I sent a letter to the Manager of Mi Hacienda and I got NO RESPONSE. I guess they really don't care about their customers. I really wanted to give them another chance.
