User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI had my medication altered by this doctor 5 months ago. Had bloodwork to determine results 3 months ago. I have called 3 times to get the results of the bloodwork, and they still cannot produce results. All of my prescriptions are written for one month with no refills. Every time I call in a refill request, this office does not fax back the ok. I have to call them and ask them to send in the request. They try to blame the pharmacy, but after 6 months of this happening, I am done. The pharmacy has detailed records of when they fax refill requests. This office has lame excuses. I have been 2 days without a needed medication now. Done.

Dr. Perkins is awesome. Samantha is even more awesome. She is so hott and she is really nice too which is an unusual combination. I look forward to seeing her every time I go. I do have to wait a long time in the office before I get to see him. Usually around 45 minutes.

Dr Perkins and his new PA are superb. Sometimes the office staff is not so great. The doctor gets 5 stars and the staff...well, it just depends on who you get. Maybe he will leave "you know who" in Bedford when they move to Grapevine next week. the new girl Samantha is awesome.
