What can I say?
My first time there the waiter (a chubby young man with brown/blond hair) was rude, sarcastic, and refused to serve us.
We do not look rich but we were well within dress code and we were polite to him. However he was rude to me about my drink selection, rude to my wife about the food she selected and then made a comment about our class status or income level in a snide way; proceeding to laugh and point when he was with his co-worker.
I then observed him in the kitchen loudly telling the cook to cancel the order and him and his co-worker kept looking at us and it became obvious we were being refused service.
We left and kept our dignity but I want people to know that no matter how good the food is and no matter how nice the owners are (and I am sure they are; they were not present to my knowledge); a business like this does not deserve any business. I intend to write the BBB, newspapers, and every review I can find on the net...also I am considering contacting a lawyer for legal advice. I also contacted the Chamber but they could not help me much.
Thank you and sorry to the owners; if you intend to apologize my email is...jon.finger@gmail.com
Brett and Lisa are great people who run a very good business.
I love the tomato soup that they serve and it is the only type of soup I eat, plus the Pizza is to die for. Good location in a Great town run by good people.
