Unfortunately, All Gone was not able to resolve the problem we had with squirrels in our attic. All Gone came out to our residence to repair entry points in our home where it was believed that the squirrels were getting in. It was too bad that the squirrels were actually still in the attic at the time these repairs were made. On their 1st trip out, the employees said that at the time of day that they were making repairs, they would assume that the squirrels would be out feeding--they weren't. On their 3rd trip out and after having done some reading on the Internet, I asked if they should go up into the attic and set some traps to make sure the squirrels were out before sealing up the entry points. The response I got from one of the employees was "We try to avoid doing that." I was so frustrated that I went to a local feed store and bought two traps--we trapped 5 squirrels on our own. The All Gone employees were very polite but unfortunately, in our case, I cannot recommend them for animal trapping and exclusion.
