Domino's Pizza

Poor customer treatment---2-10-08 I ordered a large thin crust pepperoni pizza and an order of breadsticks, to be picked up at this store. I was told it would be ready in 10 to 15 minutes. After 30 minutes I walk in and give my name for pick-up. The guy making the pizzas looked at me as if he was mad at the world, frowned and said
10 minutes, and turned to walk away. Seeing there were no pizzas made up I asked was it in the oven? He turned again as if he was mad at the world and said "NO", with an attitude. This was upsetting so I wasn't going to have a confrontation, and told him to cancel, walked out, called the "help desk". I was put on hold three different times for several minutes after explaining to three different people, and their only reply was they were running behind, no apology--no kiss my ass-- no nothing. I have been a loyal customer to this store, but since the last guy left and this guy came, this store has really gone down. Iwould suggest trying another store for your pizza needs. i love the menu, its so easy to follow,and easy to order my food, i even can save my favorites, or build my own pizza item for item. Oh an the best part is you don't have to have a credit card, you just sign up!! order, pay, EAT!
