They are not just there to make a sale, they actually have this strange new thing called "customer service". More companies should try this "customer service" thing. It is nice to go into a store and find such a luxury.
User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsJust a catalog store: It is just a catalog store but everytime i have been there the people have been friendly and the store is nice .. oh they do have lawn and garden items and washers & dryers , microwabes, but that is it . Will be glad to get a regular store here .

I love my Sears! I love the friendly service and the decent people who operate it. I always buy my television sets there and have never been disappointed with my purchase...if ever a problem they take care of it in a flash with a smile. A regular store would be nice, but I would hope it would be operated by the same friendly and honest folks. I want for my town of Weatherford to grow but pray it will not lose it's small town flavor and that the local merchants will not lose their honesty and caring for their customers.
