User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsOn a trip from Midland/Odessa to Arlington, my friend and I looked up this wonderful yarn shop. Well worth the stop: lovely selection of yarns arranged in color groups with lots of patterns to look through and a very pleasant atmosphere. Wish I lived closer for the available classes in lace, socks, etc. If you knit or crochet and are near Ft. Worth, don't miss this shop.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI'm in LOVE!!!: I attended a beginning knitting class here two days ago, and I am so in love with JSY! The people there are amazing -- not just staff, but customers, too! I love the atmosphere, the by-color arrangement of the yarns, the people...all of it. Mom and I met some wonderful folks in our class, and Monica, the instructor, is an amazing, patient teacher willing to do whatever it takes to teach even the slowest beginner how to knit.
I'm already planning to go back for the follow-up class in two weeks, when I *know* I will buy more yarn (I had my eye on several things Saturday), and I'll likely keep going back just to hang out with the folks in class!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsSooooooooo helpful!: I am handicapped and cannot walk. I have called ahead of time to find a certain item I needed and they have met me at my car so I did not have to struggle with my wheel chair out just to shop there! The people are warm and caring.
