About:Sporting an authentic Old West saloon ambiance, the White Elephant Saloon has been named among Esquire magazine's 100 Best Bars in America. Memorabilia found in the White Elephant Saloon memorializes the Fort Worth Stockyard's past.     Cool place for hard cases, old folks and those who know a good time. Its dingy, smokey, often over crowded, but it never has metrosexuals or other undesirables collecting in numbers. Last time I was there I witnessed more qulaity skirt than any place else in the metroplex. If you are a player or some phony wannabee stay in the burbs or over in Dallas. When you want to get drunka nd get loud go to White Elephant...the music ain't bad either...

    Live Music: Cool little venue just down the street from the Stockyard Saloon, which is another cool live music venue.

    Stop in for a brew Texas Style: Great ambiance. A real good waterin hole after a day of seeing the sights.
