User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsGreat Job By Tri-Cities Plumbing: I was lucky enough to have the owner, Ken Smith, work at my home in Grapevine. We had a slab leak (that was the unlucky part!). He was courteous, a hard worker and did a good job on the repairs on our house. Our's was more difficult than most and as a result, Mr. Smith had to work over the course of three days. Every night when he left, he made sure our home was as tidy as it could be given the circumstances. Over all, I was very impressed with his work. Wouldn't hesitate to hire him again for any plumbing needs.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsQuick, good work: Their plumber met me at home on my lunch break. I hadn't even considered that he'd finish the job before I finished the lunch I grabbed, but he did. He was courteous, clear about what needed to be done, and went "above and beyond" by doing me one extra favor (at his suggestion) for which I was not billed. Would be happy to recommend their services based on my experience.
