    Absolutely sublime. The food, the atmosphere the people. Its like a little bit of Italy right downtown. Tim makes the Scotch soup, Joe makes everyting else..the chicken salad is fresh and not mayo based (thank you God) and his Stuffed Shells and lasagne is PERFECTly scrumptious. Barbara, who is the other member of the family, is the nicest person who was ever transplanted here from Dallas. Joe's desserts are wonderfully sinful. His French-Cocoanut pie is out of this world.

    Wonderful Lunch Spot!!: The food at Black Horse is SO GOOD! The atmosphere is beautiful. Tim & Joe are the BEST! Great value for lunch. Quick in & out if you're in a hurry. They also cater. Wonderful choice in Mineral Wells!
