User Rating: 1 out of 5 starscalled for tech support. I was in the Q for over 5 minutes and still nobody answered. This is unacceptable. They have no excuse. This is not the first time either for the company. You expect a live person within seconds when call to place a trade. It's crucial if you wait there also. I will rate you company 1= aweful in customer service. They call their system direct access trading, It's not direct access. Matter of fact the Level II trading is a good platform, but if you have to call them on back up, you need someone in seconds and not be on hold and in a never ending Q.
Itâs also like America- Online you locked in a box on Scottrade.
