We purchased our 2006 Hummer H3 in November 2006 and have had the most wonderful experience when coming to Classic Hummer in Grapevine for service and repair. They have always been respectful, done the work on time, and offered transportation when necessary. I know that my hummer is being well taken care of.
I have always found that Classic Hummer has gone beyond normal service and I recommend them to anyone. Just call ahead and the rest is very easy.
They were very unprofessional and we got no answers. I would not use them at this point if they were the only chevy dealer in Texas. I would go to another state.
We bought a used truck from classic chevrolet in October 2007. When we arrived, we was'nt flocked by salesmen trying to sale a car. We started looking at the inventory, and a salesman walked over and asked if he could help us. His name was Jim Russell. I told him what I was looking for, and he showed us two trucks. One was a Dodge 3/4 ton with the cummins diesel, and the other was a Chevy 3/4 ton with the Duramax. Both had wonderful prices. We looked at other Chevy dealerships, Moritz, And Vandergriff. Their trucks were way overpriced, and they would not come down on their prices. I started looking at the Dodge first, then we took it for a test drive. At no time was Jim trying to see what we were going to do with our vehicle, he answered all questions that I had. Then we test drove the Chevy, a Thunderstorm blew in, but Jim stayed out and looked at the truck with me. We test drove it down the hwy, and I knew that I wanted it. We got back, and I noticed that the passenger seat belt was'nt working properly. I told him I wanted that fixed, and I wanted a spray in bedliner. They knocked off some cash from the price. And then I said I would trade mine in. He went in and checked if that was alright. It took only a few minutes. Usually, a salesman will stay gone half an hour, then come back to say no, no deal. Jim came back and said sure the trucks yours. My seat belt was fixed and the bedliner looked great. I walked away with a 2004 Chevy 3/4 crew cab LT with the Duramax diesel for around 20,000 thousand. Needless to say I was very happy with the service Classic chevrolet gave me. In December I had the cluster panel replaced as it was under recall. The service dept was great as well. Bob Winkle was excellent in the service he provided me. The cluster panel cost me nothing. Again, I was happy. So if you decide to buy a new, or used vehicle, I strongly suggest trying Classic. I know I'll buy their again. Brent W. in Saginaw,Texas
