The new potatoe salad has NO flavor I did not like all the potatoe skins, and no oninons, just NO FLAVOR. The wait staff said they were getting a LOT of comments about the NEW POTATOE SALAD. The women who take orders are rude & act like they are doing you a favor! This is a constant as I have been here many,many times. Someone needs to wake these people up. No business is safe in today's economy. Yes, they have some of the best pastries in DFW....but it is ruined by the attitude.
I have to admit I haven't frequented Swiss Pastry on a daily or weekly basis, but I have never had a bad experience with customer service. Even when I call in and ask a ton of questions, they have always been friendly and very helpful.02/24/12 -
