User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsDerrell Taft sold me some beef steaks from his truck and I was kinda iffy about buying from the door to door sales man. I purchased a box and these are the best steaks I have ever had. They will sometimes fall apart during cooking and you can cut them with a fork. I will continue to buy as long as he is willing to come by. My buddy said to start a fire in my smoker and cook them in about 350 but not under direct heat, then char the steaks for a minute when there done. WOW! The chicken is good too.
