User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsI have been to this restaurant a couple of times, and thought that the food was decent. This past weekend I went and ordered a chicken fried chicken salad. The tomato on it was not ripe; it had been quartered, but the core was not removed. So, I just removed the four tomato pieces from the salad, and set them on another plate without voicing a complaint. When I was finished, my server (a tall thin female, who had been very accomodating) came and removed the salad plate from my table (the tomatoes...remember...were on a separate plate uneaten). A few seconds after my server left...the other server (a short heavy-set female...wearing tight jeans) came and picked up the plate with the uneaten tomatoes. Before leaving the table, however, she glared at me (as if I was a child), and said, "If you don't like tomatoes, order the salad without tomatoes next time." She then stomped away from the table. Needless to say, I won't be dining in this establishment again...no matter how good the food is.

Heard about the place from a radio station host about how good the chicken fried steak was and it did not dissapoint. Great service and very reasonable prices. Was very satisfied wit my visit and will go back when in the area.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI was told that the chicken fried steak was the best anywhere. I finally got the oppertunity to try it. It was indeed everything it was touted to be. Just as impressive was the waitress/waiter staff. They, along with great home food, make Massey's a must.
