Windsong Apartments

My husband and I have been here for 2 years, we made a mistake renewing our lease the first time, but we were too lazy to get up and look elsewhere at the moment. Since I've been here we have been through 4 different managers. No one ever stays in the position. I have had a bad experience with all except the first one. Most times I have to put in a maintance request 2 or 3 times before anything is ever done. Also after hours maintence will not come unless your apartment is on fire. We have had many times were we've called them regarding something we felt was urgent and they looked at us crazy and told us to how to handle it ourselves and to contact them Monday during business hours if the problem is still there. Parking sucks, hardly any visitors parking and they will tow if they park anywhere else. They will also tow resident cars if you park in a visitor spot. Since we have moved here there have been several breakins including us. The community is not well kept up, sort of reminds me of Section 8. Most of the apartments by our building have messed up mini blinds that are all torn up and the apartment management does not do anything about it. The exterior of the complex is ok, not very clean.

Hope To Become A Resident: Ms. Lee Wilson, showed me an apartment to give me a general idea of what I would be renting from them, she acknowledged me as soon as I entered the office with a smile and answered every question I had. Ms. Wilson made the entire visit comfortable, explained everything completely. I never once felt she was just going through the motion, she was very eager to help anyway she could, made me feel like she was truly looking forward to me becoming a resident and just professional and thoughtful. I explained why I was searching for an apartment to move into and she was attentative and understanding of my needs. I feel that this location has just was I am looking for. All I can do not is let go and let God and this feels right, so I am claiming and looking forward to becoming a tenant at Windsong Apartments.
