User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsHaving had a bad experience with a contractor,I went to Lowe's kitchen dept. where upon I met Brooke Rose. She took control of the situation, came to my house that day and had a design package the next day. Turns out I only made one change to her plans as she instinctley choose everything I love! Starting with a gutted kitchen Brooke and Lowe's crew completed the most beautiful kitchen I could have imagined! Brooke stayed on top of the job during the entire process from planning, painting, cabinets, lighting, appliances and came up with the most incredible design for my back splash. The tile work is so awesome, the man that did it wanted to take pictures, all because of her design. I can not say enough good things about my experience with all of the Lowe's people and the work they did. I feel good about reccomending this group for anyone.Everyone that has seen my kitchen is in awe of the dramatic improvement.

The Bryant Irvin Rd. Lowe's is by far the best of the Lowe's stores in the Fort Worth area. Juan in the Garden/Mower Dept. truly does have his act together, and gave a lot of help, cutting to the chase so to speak. I also had a pleasant experience with he returns Dept. I am fortunate as this particular Lowe's happens to be close to Benbrook.

The store manager and I grew up in the business together, and I know how well he was trained and he exemplifies it to this day.
