I recently stayed at this hotel for a week while waiting to move into my new place. The a/c was awful - did not work, and the repairman said he changed it out (water all over the carpet), however, it worked even worse than the first one. Thank goodness there were cool nights so I could leave my window open. Even the director of this hotel and its sister hotel, extended stay america, could have cared less about the a/c problem. one of the clerks told me that they restrict the a/c unit so it can only cool down to a certain degree. mine did not cool at all. There was minimal hot water and it continually felt at though the hot water was running out (that cool feeling and then a bit of warmth). The bed linens were awful. The sheets were beaded up and scratchy, a twin size strip of fabric used for the mattress cover for the queen bed was a joke, and the pillows reminded me of shoe soles (perhaps comfortable to stand on but not to put your head on). I would not recommend this hotel to any one at any price.
