User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsVery impressed: Very friendly. When I went back later (week or two) the teller remembered our personal conversation and asked about it. THAT IS PERSONAL SERVICE EVEN IN THE METROPLEX!

We will be changing banks: The tellers are friendly enough but the manager must be getting a cut on every thing that is charged back against your account because he is all too happy to hit you with a fee at every given oportunity. We don't keep a lot of money in the accounts and with the occasional math errors that we all make, the branch manager slaps you with a fee everytime. The more times you go into overdraft, the higher the fee. They will post the largest check or draft first to ensure that if you've made an error, you will overdraft more items.
The branch manager will also put a hold on most deposits too. He just doesn't want you to have access to your own funds.
We are moving our personal and business accounts to the bank in Aledo.

not only that, but i am charged for a simple (i mean BASIC checking account) $5.95 every month for maintainence fees! over $70.00 a year for what?!? is so not necessary. living paycheck to paycheck....yes.
