    I have had terrible luck with service at this store, from the staff being outright condescending, ignoring me or completely lacking knowledge about their products. Their very limited hours are annoying as well. The only reason we ever visit this store anymore is the location, as it is very convenient.

    Very nice people and very helpful. The longer hours help me, do to my work schedule and I would much rather shop here that at one of the mega stores.

    Even though Ace isn't the biggest hardware store out there I always enjoy going there because the staff is so nice. Other stores don't really seem to care but this one does!
