I'm glad that I did not read these reviews before frequenting my local Italian restaurant. I had the Nick's salad and it was great and even better for lunch the next day since it is enormous and worth its value. On the other hand if you are getting a salad with your meal then the reviews are correct on my perspective but my little brother loves their house dressing which reminds me of marinara sauce. My favorite dish is one with artichokes, chicken, and lemon sauce. Atmosphere is enjoyable and the staff has always been friendly and with good humor. In addition, if you forget your wine you can run to Albertson's next door.

i have been eating here since nick opened the place on woodhaven blvd. years ago before moving to his current location, and i love it the portions are really big and the taste is great. i have had many of his dishes and they are all great and always served hot! the salads do leave something to be desired, however the overall menu is great. i highly recommend it!!
