I went to Moritz over the weekend trying to purchase a 2009 Jeep Limited..I had a Chrysler's Friends & Family discount & over $5K in incentives & a trade-in valued @ $21K..finance came back & said they were not going to submit this to the bank because I wouldn't be approved..bullcrap! They just weren't going to make any money off the deal and wanted to sell this car to some Joe off the street and probably committ robbery to that person instead of me..

No problem in purchasing our vehicle but service was horrible. I was supposed to get a coupon book for some free oil changes and never did. They accused me of not purchasing the oil changes but backed down when I pointed out they had not given me what I promised. We bought with a friend's Chrysler discount and they harrassed me about that as well because they didn't get the information they needed when we purchased. They called with specific instructions to get a new employee discount number and promised me $100 if I followed their instructions. I did and they never paid.

I had the same happen to me. They didn't want to sell me my Jeep with my discount. The Mgr. is a jerk. I'm thinking of taking them to court!
