Being from out of town, We were driving around looking for a place to have lunch. Casa torrez was spot because of it looked like everyone in town was having lunch there..
Glad we did. Best Tex-Mex I'v had since moving to Texas in 1997...Will make this a Saturday afternoon visit. I'm 30 miles away, but its well worth it.. -

I absolutley love this restaurant! The hot salsahas the perfect blend of cillantro and hot to it. The salsa is so good I always threaten to just drink it! The food is fresh and so delicious. I have driven friends out from the metroplex to eat at this lil' jewel. The place is always crowded, so good to call ahead and get your name on the waiting list. The business is owned by the Torres family, and the service is just as outstanding as the food. If you happened to have to be in Decatur...then I would eat at this restaurant for sure!

That place across from Lowe's has good breakfast tacos, but everything else is TERRIBLE! The dinner we TRIED to eat was gross, the nachos were horrible, and the hot sauce was NASTY! Casa Torres is amazing.
