User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsMy child applied here and during the interview with us, Mr. Haire called several religions "cults". It was only after I told him my husband was Catholic that he took that one back. And after I pointed out that Jesus was Jewish. I was told that my gifted and talented child would not "fit in" there. So much for Christian values. The kids my child spoke with said that the school was very "uptight" and that the kids were snobby and the teachers weren't eveal all that great. Paying 15k a year I would think the teachers would be college caliber. I have been looking at reviews on other sites and this Haire guy is not too well thought of by some. And it appears that there is a lot of favoritism based on how much a parent donates to the school. I think you should definetly look at other programs before you decide. And maybe pay attention to how "cult" like the school is. Some of the employees appeared pretty brainwashed to me. It's no wonder they get free tuition for their kids.

Very "want to be" type mentality. If your child's #1 priority in life is sports (but can't compete at the local public school level) and you have lots of money to throw to the school (in addition to the tuition costs), and/or you teach there so your kids can go free, then this is the school for you. Talk to several people who have been there before you sign up.

TAPPS Best in State of Texas winner 3 out of the last 4 years combining academics, fine arts, and athletics. Absolutely incredible school; our kids love it, and so do we.
