Awful. Damaged my rarely (worn only 3 times) $750 suit. I had it cleaned there once, didn't need it for a long time. Finally when I went to wear it, I've noticed it was damaged. I called and ask to speak with the owner/manager, who told me it is my problem to deal with, since it was not brought up at the time of pick up.. May be fair, may be not. Beware.
