Hickory Stick BBQ

I used to think that Cousin's had the best brisket, until I tried the Hickory Stick's. It was amazing stuff...perfectly smoky, tender, and tasty. I'll still head to Cousins for ribs, though. As for the sides, they have a wonderful baked potato salad, a really nice change from regular. the beans fall flat, taste straight out of a can, but for the brisket I'll forgive that. Friendly service.

Hickory Sticks BBQ is excellant! Everytime we get food there it is always perfect! The best BBQ Brisket everytime(nice and lean), and that sauce(wow) if I can get enough extra; I go home and use it in a crock pot to slow cook my chicken breast. The potato salad is excellant, and my husband and I sometimes choose it for both of our sides. *Caution*~DO NOT LEAVE until you try the Pecan Pie, it is better than my mother's, and I thought her's was the best. Sorry Mom. They won't let you buy a whole pie, and I probably won't get a piece after this review. :(
We have bought the BBQ for several Family members, they loved it. We have 5 kids, and they love it. I live in Arlington, and it is worth a little more driving time to definately pass up Colter's, Dickey's, Cousin's. After you try this you will only be thinking one thing when you hear the word BBQ, you guest it...."Hickory Sticks"!

The best Bar-B-Que I have yet and I love bar b que everything has a great taste from chopped to thier smoked chicken legs to die for, the competition can't keep up with these Jones's
