User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsThe last two times I had something cleaned there I experienced poor professionalism. The first time I went to pick up a suit and they couldn't find it, I waited for 10 minutes for someone to come to the window, then another 15 minutes for them to find the suit. Come to find out the person who had taken the suit wrote my last name wrong. She proceeded to take my ticket, pull my clothing and come back out to me. They asked if I had another type of payment (all's I had was a debit card), so I said no. She turned around and went back in... 15 minutes later the girl comes out and says sorry you are going to have to come back with another type of payment. Why did it take 15 minutes to tell me that...

Staff used to be much better. Lazy, unhappy crew in front. Lots of food eating and frowning like the customer is disturbing them. Dry-cleaned (not needed) golf shirt and charged $5+. Clothes never damaged and I used to really like this place, problem is service.
