User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsOld man that works in store is very rude. For someone who has made his business in vacuum's, he's not very helpful with looking for parts. Also, they do not take credit cards...hard to believe in the 21st Century. I went to Wal-Mart and bought the belt I needed for half the price.

Very knowledgeable small family business. The place to go if you want to fix your machine or find replacement bags for lesser known vacuums. He also sells reliable used vacuums.

Extremely Helpful: I called the Vacuum Center and the person that answered (Gene) was extremely nice and helpful. It turned out we didn't even need to bring our Kirby to be repaired, he suggested an at-home approach that worked great! It is a rare occurrence to get help from such an honest business. I'll always recommend doing business at the Vacuum Center.
