    I have always received excellent customer service and excellent quality work. With craftsmanship like this, he will always have satisfied customers. He also has a wealth of information regarding boots and shoes.

    Excellent service and great quality work.Very satisfied with repairs.Mr Norrell is a one person boot, shoe, & leather repair shop he is an Excellent craftsman.I highly recomend this shop.
