User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsI always took in my husbands suit pants and shirts to get dried cleaned. I ended up coming home one pair of pants missing. They swore up and down they didn't have it and that we miss counted. Not likly when I stand there and count the shirts and pants with them. I wonder who is wearing my husbands pants. They never took responsability for there mistake.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI took a silk gown here to get five small water marks removed and told the clerk they were water marks. It was returned with six additional marks (two of them huge) along with a note saying they couldn't remove the marks. The clerk claimed after I dropped the gown off, she found more marks, then went on to say water marks can get bigger when dry cleaned. However, the original water marks did not get bigger and the new marks were in places I distinctly remember there not being marks before.
