The staff was helpful & understanding to my needs. They got me in the same day I had an eye infection. Dr. Aston called me twice himself to ensure that I was improving. When I went back for a full exam they gave sample after sample of contacts until I found one I liked. And the bonus & convience of a drive thru window for picking up glasses/contacts.

I wish I could say the same as the other Review...but it was just a horrible experience for me. First, they made me wait for an endless amount of time, then after I got into the examination room, I had to wait on the Dr. (William), for another rediculous amount of time. He had a child patient that he was working with and he spent so much time with him, that when he came in to examine me, he had to go really fast, because by then he was so far behind. He was going so fast that his assistant couldnt even keep up with him. By the time he was through with me, I felt like my head was spinning and I was a bit confused. He went so fast, he didnt even realize that I have narrow angle glaucoma, which is evident when you examine someones eyes...I had to tell him...then he went back and looked again and said, oh yes, you do dont you? Not suprisingly, when I received my glasses they were no where near correct and I told them the walls were waving around when I wore them and they told me to wear them and give it a chance to get used to them. I have been wearing glasses for 15 years and I have never had to get used to glasses like this. I was getting headaches everyday too, so I didnt want to wear the glasses. Finally, I had to go back to the office and practically demand that they do somthing about my glasses or I wanted a refund. It was not until I did that that I got some results out of them. I did finally get another pair of glasses and the Dr explained to me that the glasses were not correct for my eyes and the tech's should have sent them back when I first complained about them. I was surprised that he admitted that, I felt that the tech's were not very knowlegable either. I never went back there and I now go to Altig Optical and they are just wonderful there.
