User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsWill never buy anything there. Checked parts prices and found they were about 30% over suggested list. If you want better parts prices go to David McDavid in Irving, they sell for suggested list.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsCalled to get maintenance done and a small repair. The person on the phone kept giving very short answers as to why I couldn't get in. Gave no information, I had to dig everything out by asking one question at a time. Everytime I asked for the manager there was some reason he couldn't come to the phone. Left a message for him to call. He did call, but at times I could not get to the phone and when I tried to call back it was the same thing and they even blantantly lied to me.
I was actually ready to buy another car as well as the maintenance. Guess who is NOT getting my money???-

No sale: Went in ready to buy and was told that they could not sell me a vehicle because they could not work the numbers....so I bought one from Texas Toyota the same day at the payments we could afford. They did not even take any personal info or pull out a contract. It seems that they did not want to sell us a vehicle.
