I am extremely disappointed with the service the hair salon hair cutter provided at this hair salon. I asked for 2" from the bottom and she cut more than 10" off my hair!!! I also NEVER asked for layers in the back of hair, and she just cut layer without even asking! She didn't bother to listen to what I wanted instead she just cut my hair to how "SHE" thought it should look. NOt only is my hair very hard to manage now I have to style it everyday just to keep it look neat. AVOID, this is the worst hair salon by far and I will never go again!
