very surprised to see these other reviews. I've been using this blockbuster regularly for over two years and they are are always helpful, polite, and move their lines quickly.

No Good Help Anywhere: All I see anywhere are comments on the absolute lack of customer service. This is not just Blockbuster, but all over the place. Companies are expecting a bunch of kids to act mature. The companies need to crack down on employees not working. The kids are not willing to pull their share of duties. Unfortunately, with a store run by these kids not working, the customer is the one who pays for it in lack of customer service. When there is a problem like this occuring, does anyone ever take the extras few minutes to CALL a corporate office to complain about the lack of attention? No because everyone posts a short message like this and leave it at that.
Take some action and go a step further or stay at home so you don't have deal with the lack of service everywhere.

You Just Can't Get Good Help: Employees are all teenagers. Never have seen an adult there. They stay busy chatting, visiting with each other. Movies are always stacked behind the counter. I've never seen anyone putting movies back on the shelves. Most employees are lazy and don't want to go out of THEIR way to help anyone.
