User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsCowboy Quality Cleaners ruined my husband's shirt. We starting using their services in June 2008. We have never had any problems with our clothes until November 2008. My husband's ($150.00)dress shirt came back with oil on the bottom of it. They did offer to try and clean the shirt again but the oil did not come out. Also, the week before there was a greasy substance on the collar of the same shirt. They have not offered to replace the shirt. They will not even tell us the name of the owner of the company or the name of the contractor that cleans for them. They have not offered to replace the shirt nor did they warn us that his clothing was too long for their equipment. This is a poor excuse for a business that depends on customers to keep coming back!
