User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsGood Ol Hometown Dealership: I have purchased my last 2 new vehicles from Pruitt Ford in large part due to its convenient location and wanting to support my local busniess. One salesperson stands out; Pat Wyatt. She listens to what you want and if it isnt on the lot she will find it even if they have to bring it in from another dealership 260 miles away. Ford financing was a breeze and there was no pressure for add-on. The service department always meets my schedule, listens to my concerns, and never have I had a drive-back because something was not fixed right.
Being a small town dealership you wont find a lot of room to bargain. They simply dont have the volume to do it. But what you get for your money extends well beyond the engine and sheetmetal. You get overall value that streatches from the bumper to the service department and the integrity of all the people who work at this dealership.
