User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsgood for vitamins and lunch, if you can catch it: Sunshine has lunch for about 30 seconds a day! Ok it's like 2 hours, but there is only food there for about 15 minutes and then it's gone. Either make more food or let less people in. I really like the flax seed bread, the recipe is on the side of the bag of flax seeds so you can make it at home, it's fairly easy. They have a good asortment of supplements and snack foods. The staff is very helpful and knowledgable especially the owner lady. The prices are a little on the high side but you aren't going to find most of this stuff anywhere else. So if you are looking for spirulina or tufurky, sprouted bread, organic stuff, come here. The fresh local honey is a good value and is tasty and good for you.
