User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsListen this Cowboy knows beef and hardly "ever" gets out done with a smoker; I personally vouch no regrets at the Steak Shed. Both times I've stopped by, there was nothing left of the Ribeye's I ordered and I think I ate my weight in their Broccoli Salad. I'd give the Steak Shed in Graford TEXAS a honest, must put on your list, straight up 10!!! One of our Lone Star States great finds!!!

What a find: If you live in the DFW area and visit Possum Kingdom Lake, make sure to stop at the Steak Shed during the weekend. This fantastic steak house is only open on Friday and Saturday evening and you should make a reservation. The price is right and the steaks are delicious and cooked to order. It is not city fancy but country and a bit of the wild west. Some nights there is even a singing cowboy! The stop in Graford is well worth it!
