These people are very professional and from start to finish were very helpful with us. Don't let a bad review fool you sometimes people can not be pleased
The Knot Hole has Awsome customer service, I wouldn't use anyone else in the state. Dont be fooled. They do great work. One Mistake doesnt make it a bad company.
Worst customer service EVER!!!!
4 years ago when we built our house, we hired them to build and install all the cabinets. Recently a door broke in half from the kitchen cabinets. I took it to them to repair, they don't do repairs only replacements. Needless to say from the begining of walking in the door they were annoyed. The lady was getting ready to go to lunch I guess as she had her purse and keys in her hands as I walked in and she huffed at me and then asked what she can do for me. That was fine, I paid for the doOr, they said they would call me when it was ready. 5 days later, no call. I called them a man answered and told me "yeah, yeah its ready, oh do you want us to reattach the child lock?" I said yes that would be fine. I let them know my father would be picking it up. My father picked it up they forgot to give back part of the door that was broken. I got the door that night and it wasn't the same cut at all. I called the next business day and the same man said "oh yeah, we don't have that blade anymore so we can't cut it the same." I asked why noone informed of that, he cut me off and started raising his voice saying "just bring the door back if you don't want it and we will give you the money back." He kept cutting me off, and yelling at me, I got angry and told him he didn't have to be such a *butt* and hung up on him because he wouldn't stop yelling and cutting me off.
I waited a week to go down there to face them. Upon arriving I tried to explain the situation, same annoyed lady, interrupted me and said "so you just want your money back." I said no I want to know why no one called me and told me the door wasn't going to match the rest of my house. She again rudely offered me my money back. I got agitated, and said again, no I want to know why no one called to tell me the door was done and then no one told us it wasn't going to match. Then that man came around the corner already raising his voice. I tried to explain I needed the door for my daycare inspection but can't even hang it because they didn't cut the door to put the hinges back into it. He got irrate and took off with the door to cut it.
During the time he went to cut it the lady was saying he told her I was rude with him on the phone and to just get rid of me as soon as possible. I told her the customer service is horrible. She stated, well this isn't what we do, one door here or there. I told her if someone would have explained and called me to let me know they didn't have any blade to be able to cut that style anymore we would have decided to replace all doors and cabinets at least in the kitchen. But after all the bad attitudes they had there was no way we were going to ever do business with them again. She said "well when we can't do what you want there is only one thing we can say..." I said "you could say I'm sorry" she said rudely, "NO, I'll give you the money back"
I am very dissapointed in the customer service they have there it was the worst experience ever. I told them so also and let them know that I hope they don't treat others the way they treated me. She didn't seem to care. At the end when I was leaving with my non-matching door I paid 57.00 for, I told her that I thank her for at least trying to fix the problem even though they were rude.
NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM they want to give you what they want not what you order. I thought they were a custom order, professional company but I WAS mistaken!!!
