SHE WILL CUSS YOU OUT FOR YELLING AT YOUR HOUSE AND TELL YOU EXACTLY WHAT SHE THINKS OF YOUR CHILDREN THAT HAVE DONE NOTHING WRONG. SHE WILL TAKE PICTURES OF MINOR CHILDREN ON YOUR YARD. SHE WILL STEAL YOUR WATER METER THAT BELONGS TO THE CITY. SHE CLAIMS IT IS LEGAL.
******* I WILL RECOMMEND TO ANYONE AND EVERYONE WHO WILL LISTEN TO NEVER RENT OR BUY FROM OR AT CEDAR GROVE.******

I take pride in my yard and I wish others did also because it makes it look nicer. Coming in on Cedar Dr., you can see what I'm talking about those Residents have their yards looking nice & mowed.

If the manager was so concerned with making this a better community why did it take the corporate office to come down several times for these changes to be made and if the laundry mat worked then maybe your neighbor wouldn't have to hang clothes on clothes line. ALSO NO REASON TO BE NASTY AND CALL PEOPLE TRAILER TRASH!!!!!!!!

Then put up a security camera if she is that concern with it. And where do you get off calling me a miserable person. If YOU can speak your opinion then so can EVERYONE ELSE. If you don't like it then you don't have to come on to this web page and read the reviews. Maybe you are the miserable one......now you said know what i'm talking about has anyone in the park seen a flier letting us know that the laundry mat is working no why CAUSE IT'S UNDER REPAIR!!!!! WHY DON'T YOU LEAVE OTHER PEOPLE ALONE AND LET THEM SPEAK THEIR MINDS AND VOICE THEIR OPINIONS THE SAME WAY YOU ARE!!!!!!!

whatever ask a lawyer (I HAVE AND FOR MORE THAN JUST THE LAUNDRY MAT) IT IS HER RESPONSIBILITY AS MANAGER TO MAKE IT KNOWN TO THE COMMUNITY THAT THE LAUNDRY MAT IS UP AND RUNNING....as you said to me KNOW WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT....and I am a very happy person speaking my MIND (not lies as you say)... your just a confrontational person and I'm not going to go back and forth with you on this....I hope that the people in this community continue to speak their minds and opinions EVEN WITH THE HECKLERS....AGAIN IF YOU DON'T LIKE WHAT IS BEING SAID THEN DON'T READ THEM....SIMPLE AS THAT!!!!!! -

iF YOU WOULD LIKE A QUIET PLACE TO LIVE OR MOVE YOUR HOME IN CEDAR GROVE IS THE PLACE. IT HAS HAD SOME MOVE OUT BUT IT IS MORE PEACEFUL NOW THEN WHEN I MOVED HERE A COUPLE YEARS AGO. THE PARK IS REALLY LOOKING CLEANER AND LESS TRASH THROUGHOUT.

I agree its coming along and they are really trying hard to keep all the empty sites mowed . Its looking nice. I am glad the new manager is strict it keeps all the rift raft out.

Lady get over it ,you got evicted and your pissed off. Actually it looks a lot better over there since you got out last week....they went over and mowed and removed all trash outside. The proper authorities were there and even they were disgusted trash was strewn throughout the home and never cleaned. I'm very happy , because I live 3 homes down on Cedar and I had to drive past that mess everyday.Candy the manager is stern ,but she's doing a great job at getting the rift rift or should I say Pigs out.
