User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI have tried on 3 occasions to use the self serve presser at this location. The management allows the same customer to monopolize the machine since "she is (here) almost as much as we are" per one employee.
She also takes frequent breaks and will leave her tablecloths on the machine, thus giving the impression that the machine is still in use. When she does press it is at a snails pace. We're not talking mere minutes here. This goes on for hours at a time.
I'm thinking there is some sort of agreement between her and the management to not let any other customers use it so they will be forced to pay Mickeys for their pressing services.
