I posted before and I will post again. I have a HP DV5 which has the WiFi control (not the antenna) and webcam connected to the screen. My PC broke during my PCS move to Ft Hood and I found this piece of joke place on Yahoo! The people there, told the insurance company it was a software issue and not hardware. I went back and forth with them about four times before I realized the insurance company would not pay to fix any of the damages that incurred. I wound up having to go to another computer shop who actually took the computer apart instead of running CZ' "free diagnostic". I lost time and money dealing with these incompetent service people. Was pleasantly surprised when technician answered the phone & help me without having to bring unit in. He even suggested a virus program to use. All of this advise fro FREE. None of the other local companies would even help over the phone & they wanted to charge me just to bring in and ask. BEST FOLKS & HONESTY IS COMPUZONE -

Told them what I needed and they put it together fast. Price was perfect for what I wanted. My need was to play the Sims 3 and all their upgrades. All problems I have had, virus, they have fixed quickly and at a very low cost to me. I am in need of a 2nd computer for the kids and Compu Zone will be where I buy it from. They are the best.
