User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsThe service center at this dealership is horrible. I toke my Accord there twice to have them do the 10,000 mile servicing IN ADDITION TO checking and replacing my broken radio, which has since been recalled. The first time they told me that the radio did not act up when they used it and the second time it seemed as though they completely ignored my request. The prices are also exorbitant. On one of the 10,000 mile checkups I told them that I didn't need the included oil change because I had just had one and they said that would lower the price $10 when I believe they typically charge about $30...
In all, this dealership gives a lot of lip service, but don't let it fool you. Driving to Georgetown may be worth the time!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsGreat dealer. I only dealt with internet sales but they gave me a great deal on a great car. FYI, if you have USAA, make sure you use the Car Buying Assistance program. This will make sure you get a great price on the car you want.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI'll NEVER Go Back!: I'm a single mom of two & recently was looking for a used car. I went to Cleo Bay and asked for one that would be dependable, look decent, & around $6,000. Well they found one that was gorgeous! They said they would give me an awesome deal. It was listed at a little above $8000 & they'd let me have it for the $6000 I had. I dont know a lot about cars so I had a mechanic that was certified go look at it. Well the report came back & the car was falling apart! It needed a new transmission, alternator, & pretty much a full typed page of things that were wrong with it. He said the most it was worth was 3,000 & that was just because the body was so nice! It just makes me angry that the dealer even showed me under the hood at the "amazing" engine! I guess the only thing I can do now is shake my head, keep looking, & hope Karma catches up with them!
